We’ll discuss your children, where you live, the family schedule, your lifestyle, the tasks you require, your expectations, and the characteristics you deem most important in your care provider.
The Search Begins
Following our initial conversation, we will personally narrow the search field down to those candidates who meet or exceed your requirements and then send the top 3-5 qualified candidates for your consideration.You will receive a comprehensive candidate profile, contact information, and detailed verified references for each candidate. Most clients find their preferred candidate within the first 3 profiles they view.
The Interviews
Once you’ve selected a candidate(s) to
consider. You’ll choose a convenient time for the interview and we will
coordinate the details with the candidate(s). Each party will be sent an
email confirmation of the time and location for the interview. Local
interviews may occur in the privacy of your home. Long distance live-in
placements may require an over the phone or a face-to face internet
interview, followed by an in home interview or a trial period. After
your interview, we’ll be excited to discuss your impressions, answer
additional questions, share the candidate’s feedback, and discuss your
